Beach Villa Sunset Dreams is a recently remodeled and appointed townhome with tropical beach décor, perfect for an unforgettable family vacation. This unique villa offers awe-inspiring direct gulf views and breathtaking sunsets, as well as stunning sunrise views over the bay.

The property boasts exclusive access to over 380 feet of Gulf beach frontage, deep-water direct access boating, lush landscaping, and a large tropical pool with a spa. These amenities are shared by only 4 other villas, ensuring a luxurious and private experience.

Luxury awaits you in this spacious 2400 sq. ft. three-bedroom, two and a half bath home. Upgrades include granite, marble, and glass tile, an elevator, five flat-screen televisions, four DVD players, two Wii play stations, high-speed wireless internet, iPod docking stations, and high-end appliances.

The upper level features a large master bedroom with a King Bed, a modern bathroom with glass and ceramic tile, a dual head shower, a 2-person spa tub, and a private screened veranda. There is also a work desk area equipped with two monitors and a printer, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their vacation.

The first level includes two guest bedrooms, one with a King Bed and the other with four bunk beds (including a lower double bed), both with a screened veranda. The villa also offers a selection of books to read and several children’s games for added enjoyment.

Guests can also take advantage of the BBQ grill area and the boat dock complete with power and water. Sunset Dreams is part of the five-unit Captiva Beach Villas, located on the highly desired "Tween Waters" stretch. It is within walking distance to Captiva Village and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Please note that the property manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance. Additionally, all our properties offer contact-free check-in, so there is no need to stop at the office or any stop lights.
