The homes offer luxuries and entertainment galore, so whether you're relaxing at the pool, kicking up your feet to a show, or competing with the myriad of board games, video games, or tabletop games, you’ll find exactly what you need to make this vacation memorable! Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!
