Bik-in/Bike-out of this extra large corner unit at the base of Granby Ranch Resort. Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal location for all fun activities the Colorado Rockies have to offer. Enjoy the private patio year round with panoramic mountain views and a private gas grill. You can step off the patio to the lifts of Granby Ranch. This allows you and your guests to ski in and ski out of the condo in the winter. You will also have very easy bike park access in the summer. You cannot get any closer!

Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all of the great recreational activities available in our area. In addition to back door access to skiing and biking, you will be located very close to Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest. These destinations are all located within a 30-minute drive of this unit. Ski and bike storage is located in the basement of the building.

Parking Notes: There is a strict 1 car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo.

Please note: the clubhouse is closed for maintenance through December. This includes the hot tub, pool, sauna, and gym facilities.

What to be aware of:

• Located in Granby, half way between Winter Park and Grand Lake
• No A/C due to cool Mountain Climate.

• In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day. This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
