Located in the prestigious gated community of River Strand Golf & Country Club in Bradenton, Florida, our 2-bedroom condo offers amazing golf course and lake views. The home is conveniently close to Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota cultural venues, shopping, and downtown areas. Plus, you're only a 20-minute drive away from Florida's most renowned white sand beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Key Beach, and Longboat Key.

As a valued guest in one of our vacation homes or condos at River Strand Golf and Country Club, you have the opportunity to enjoy complete membership privileges for a one-time affordable fee of $535 plus tax. This includes unlimited golfing, access to the large community pool, and tennis courts. The River Strand Country Club membership can be transferred for all stays of one month and over. Our championship golf course, designed by Arthur Hills, offers stunning views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways that intertwine with natural preserves, wetlands, and tributaries.

Our property is located on the first floor and offers the privacy of a home with the ambiance of a summer vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ready for any chef to prepare their favorite meals. The dining room table provides a great spot to enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful views of the lake and golf course. Additional seating is available in the bar area.

The open floor plan of our home offers stunning views from the living room. Relax and unwind with plenty of seating and a large Smart TV for your enjoyment. There is also an additional seating area for your comfort.

Sleeping arrangements are easy to figure out. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway.

Please note the following additional information:

• Small dogs are allowed based on association approval and an additional fee.
• This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
• A community application is required and may take up to 15 days for approval.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ("Management"), plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances, as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
