Stoneridge D31AB features 24 steps in, is one level, has internet access, and is not pet-friendly. This home has a standard rating and sleeps fourteen.

Upon entering the connecting foyer, you'll find:

• The living room with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace.
• A fully functional kitchen.
• The dining room seats six.
• The first bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bath.
• The second bedroom has two double-size bunk beds with a pull-out trundle and a TV.
• The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV, and these rooms share the second full bath.

Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. This unit is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting. There is a small deck with a view of the slopes, but it does not offer a grill. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.

All homes in The Villages include:
