Mountain Villas 9C4 has twenty-one steps leading in, is one level, offers internet access, and is not pet friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps ten. In the main living area, you'll find a living room featuring a flat-screen TV and two queen sleeper sofas (please note the fireplace is not available for guest use).

The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools, and the dining table seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. There are two full baths in the unit.

• This location is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes and main resort, and it's within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The small viewing deck provides a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's beautiful wooded landscape. Gas grill use is prohibited.
• Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community.
• All Mountain Villas condo rentals offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. No indoor fireplace usage is available at Mountain Villas.
• During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
