Stoneridge D43 has thirty-two steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet access, includes a one-car garage, and is not pet friendly. This standard-rated unit sleeps eight. The living room features a flat-screen smart TV, and there is no fireplace available for use. The fully functional kitchen complements a dining room that seats six.

On this level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a full bath. The second bedroom includes a king bed and a flat-screen smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed; these rooms share a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom featuring a double bed and an additional full bath.

• Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community and is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting. The small deck offers a view of the trail, though it does not have a grill.
• Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
• All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.
• During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required). (NOTE: Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
