• Stonegate 8125 has zero steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and is not pet friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps eight.

• Nine steps down from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace available for guest use.

• The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with three stools, and the dining table seats six.

• The main bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bath, while the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, a day bed/trundle, and a second full bath.

• This unit is ski-in/ski-out, weather permitting, and includes a one-car garage, with shuttle service also available.

• The deck provides a grand view of the mountains, though there is no gas grill for guest use.

• Stonegate is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

• Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location, with plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities.

• All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.

• In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.

• Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.
