The 1940 era beach front cottage sits directly on the beautiful beach of the Chesapeake Bay. It features 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, with all the amenities to enjoy the beach and create wonderful memories.

The home is pet friendly with hardwood floors throughout. The original hardwood floors make clean up easy for both two legged and four legged family members. A large yard just before the beach, private driveway for 2 vehicles, and a 75" Smart TV with High Speed Wi-Fi in the living room make for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a 20 second walk from the back door, and a washer/dryer is available for convenience.

For safety, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed due to gas heat and hot water. The back deck offers a relaxing space with a patio table and chairs, a fire pit for campfires, and a Charcoal Webber grill for outdoor dining. The fully fenced yard is behind a protective dune, with parking right outside the door.
