FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place).

10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.
