The Tee House - Pet-Friendly Two-Level Home on Golf Course

"The Tee House" is located at the 11th Hole of Pine Mountain Lake's championship golf course. It is a pet-friendly rental, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals are allowed. All pets must be approved, declared, and registered with Yosemite Region Resorts prior to arrival.

The house is a two-level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, totaling 1380 sqft. It includes amenities such as a flat-screen TV with Apple TV, wifi, books, and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and washer & dryer. The house also has central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a wood-burning stove. Outside, there is a charcoal BBQ. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, but there is parking space for up to 4 cars.

The dining table seats 6 people, and there are 4 bar stools. The maximum occupancy limit is 8 people, including children and infants. The house has a sofa-sleeper in the living room, allowing it to sleep up to 8 people. Please note that there is an age restriction for booking this property - guests must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking, and a copy of their driver's license will be required within 24 hours of booking.

"The Tee House" is located in the gated resort community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. It is just 25 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Park on the Hwy 120 corridor. Guests can enjoy both Pine Mountain Lake amenities and Yosemite.

No large gatherings are permitted at the property. The maximum number of people allowed on the premises is 8, including children and infants. Pine Mountain Lake is a gated resort community with 24-hour security. It offers amenities such as an airport, an 18-hole championship golf course, a country club with indoor and outdoor dining, tennis courts, a community pool, horseshoe pits, an equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the lake. The Marina Beach is the largest and most popular beach, offering a sandy beach, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, and rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boats. The beaches are open during the summer months, while the golf course is open year-round.

Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats, or watercraft of any kind on Pine Mountain Lake. However, Lake Don Pedro is just 20 minutes away and is perfect for a day trip with water toys. Rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boats are available at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.

Access to the gated community requires permits from the Pine Mountain Lake Homeowners Association. The association charges $42 per vehicle as a one-time fee for entry into the community. The fee is subject to change without notice and is non-refundable. Stays of 8 nights or more will require additional fees as per the association's rules.

Linens such as sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided for guest use. However, beach towels are not provided. Confetti is not allowed in or around the property, and guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping needs to clean up any celebration debris. Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. If applicable, guests can order a BBQ propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form, but propane is not provided. Firewood is also not provided for guest use.

Please note that there are a couple of steps from the driveway to the front door. Guests are advised not to leave children unattended on stairways and decks, as they are not child-proof. There is no telephone in the house. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, but the garage is not available for guest use. The yard is partially sloped and partially level.
