• No guest parking, additional vehicles can park on city street or at the Post Office
• Strict cancel policy, please read & agree to all house rules prior to booking
• City of South Padre Short Term Rental Permit available upon request

Guest access

• Digital door lock with unique code provided after signing rental agreement
• $59 damage coverage waiver OR $500 refundable damage deposit required
• South Padre Trips office open 6 days a week, by appointment on Tuesdays

Other things to note

• Guests will not have access to the 2nd bedroom as it is locked off and unoccupied
• Only one included parking space off the street, no guest parking
