Enjoy lounging by the pool in your very own oasis in the heart of downtown Joshua Tree. Both the front and the backyard are fully fenced, providing complete isolation and a safe place for your furry friends to roam.

The open floor plan allows for plenty of space to hangout and enjoy the indoor outdoor living experience. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people; 1 king, 1 queen bed, and two twin beds.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome without any pet fees.

In the colder months, enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room while reading on the couch or watching Netflix.

THE OUTDOORS:

• Large backyard with an in-ground pool.
• Outdoor amenities include hammocks, loungers, a dining table for al fresco dining, benches with a built-in fireplace, various outdoor games, and incredible stargazing.

The front yard is covered with greenery, providing privacy and a perfect place for morning coffee or tea. Downtown Joshua Tree is just a short walk from the house, with fun shops and unique spaces.

PETS:
We love pets and do not charge extra fees for them. Please be respectful of our furniture and outdoor spaces and clean up after them.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Professionally managed by Property Manager.
• A rental agreement will be sent out that requires a signature to complete the reservation.
• The Splash House is cooled by a brand new evaporation cooler, which may not work as well during humid months (August - September) due to moisture in the air. The evaporation cooler will not be available from November-March to prevent water lines from freezing.
• Indoor and outdoor games are provided, including Giant Jenga, Horseshoes, cornhole, playing cards, UNO, Apples to Apples, and Cards Against Humanity. Please keep all pieces and parts together.
• Due to a fire ban, there is a strict no open flames fire policy. However, the propane fire pit located outside is allowed. Starting an outside fire, using fireworks, or other open fires (excluding propane in the firepit and propane grill provided) will result in termination of the rental agreement and a $200 fine.
• Guests are not permitted to have additional guests on the property without permission.
• Identity verification is required, including submitting a picture of a government-issued ID and a selfie, to match the booking guest with the credit card used and reduce identity theft risks.

ADDED SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS:

• Private in-home yoga sessions can be arranged.
• Private in-home massages can be arranged.
• Private in-home meditation, Reiki, and sound baths can be scheduled in advance.
• Private chef services are available for dinner parties.
