Welcome to Chateau Evie James, a newly remodeled high-end luxury home just minutes from the best wineries and vineyards in Wine Country Temecula. Inside the home is fully remodeled and equipped with high-quality chef's kitchen amenities, a custom game room, cozy beds and mattresses, luxurious linen bedding, and warm, comfy furniture curated by professional designers. Guests will have access to the entire property, and it is the ideal home bringing high-end amenities and a fresh aesthetic together to make your stay comfortable and stylish.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation
• CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT: Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Checkout is anytime before 11am
• CAMERA: Outdoor driveway facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home.
• PETS: Dogs are allowed with approval, and there is a $100 per dog fee (max 2 dogs).
• DIRECTIONS: GPS should bring you easily to the property
• ROAD TO THE HOUSE: The road to the house is all paved to get to the property.
• POOL: There is no fence around the pool. While kids and young children are welcome, it needs to be understood that the kids can get into the pool directly from any doors of the house. Currently, the pool is NOT heated. The hot tub is hot at no additional fee.
• A/C & Heater: Chateau Evie James is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house to keep you comfortable all year long.
• LOFT: The loft is an open space on the second floor. There is a pullout full-size bed (also known as a double). There are no doors, and it is a completely open space with TV. It could be a great place for the kiddos to sleep but may not be the most comfortable for adults since there is no privacy.
• FIRE: Due to the location and a current fire ban, there is a strict no open flames fire policy. BUT the propane fire pit located outside is allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided), your rental agreement will be terminated, and there is a $200 fine.
• HOT TUB + POOL - legal: There is no fence around the pool. While kids and young children are welcome, it needs to be understood that the kids can get into the pool directly from the back doors of the house. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and hot tub.
• GUESTS: You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests.
• DEPOSIT: We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• PRIVATE IN-HOME YOGA: Want to have a private yoga experience in your short-term rental? Please inquire upon booking, and we will set you up with a local yoga instructor for your peaceful getaway.
• PRIVATE IN-HOME MASSAGE: Want to wake up in Wine Country and have a masseuse come directly to your vacation home? We have that contact! Please inquire upon booking, and we will help connect you with your private masseuse.
• PRIVATE IN-HOME MEDITATION, REIKI & SOUND BATHS: Connect with your inner peace during your stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by a private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available.
