Welcome to Casa Coyoacan, a comfortable and inviting desert oasis just minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Whether you are relaxing with a cocktail in the outdoor living rooms, playing tether ball in the yard, sitting around the fire pit making smores, getting in a workout on the Peloton, cooking a great meal with family and friends in the outdoor kitchen, or simply taking a nap under the Joshua Trees in the hammocks, we are sure you will love every minute in this desert getaway.

Centrally located, Casa Coyoacan is the perfect jumping off point to enjoy all that the high desert has to offer. The house is just a 12-minute drive from the park entrance, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree Saloon, and 14 minutes to Pappy & Harriets and La Copine. Thank you and enjoy!

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
  There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
  We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• GOOD NEIGHBOR BROCHURE
  Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation.

• AC
  The main house is heated and cooled by central AC and heat.

• NO WOODEN OUTSIDE FIRES
  Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. *Propane fire pits are currently allowed.

• POOL
  Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.

The is no fence around the pool and the pool can be accessed directly from the backyard sliding door from the main house and the casita.

Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.

• GUESTS
  You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
  You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.

  Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
