This 4-bed, 2-bath abode is ideal for welcoming up to 8 guests at a time. Close to area attractions while still providing the privacy travelers crave during a getaway, Colorful Cactus is an amazing place to hangout and relax and immerse yourself in comfort and style!

The Colorful Cactus was renovated to create a comfortable 4 bedroom/2 bath house. With a full kitchen, open living and dining area, and sliding doors to the cozy backyard with propane BBQ and hot tub.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
  There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
  We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• A/C / HEAT
  The Colorful Cactus is cooled by mini splits in each room. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights.

• HOT TUB
  The hot tub is set up to automatically filter so you may hear it turning itself on and off. That is totally normal. The hot tub guy comes every Wednesday to service the hot tub. He won't need to come inside but he will go around the side of the house.

• FIRE
  Due to the location and a current open fire ban, there is a strict no outside wood-burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means, your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
  You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government-issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

• GUESTS
  You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests.

  Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by a private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  Looking to throw a dinner party to remember? We have got you covered! Our private chef is simply the best, and she can cater to whatever your specific food needs would be. Please inquire with us, and we can introduce you to her.
