Martian Rose - Out of this World Stargazing Cabin

Martian Rose is a stylish desert retreat located in the middle of the desert, offering the ultimate dark sky and star gazing experience. Situated on top of a hill in northeast Joshua Tree, this property provides seclusion and privacy for your desert adventure. Carefully curated with artistic touches, Martian Rose is an experience of its own.

• THE SPACE
  The entire house features unique hand-carved floors, creating a creative space unlike any other in the area. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the property comfortably accommodates 4 people. Each room is furnished with a queen bed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

• THE OUTDOORS
  The large property offers various outdoor amenities, including an outdoor dining table, art sculptures, a propane fire pit, and a hot tub for relaxation and incredible stargazing.

• OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Professionally managed by Property Manager

• A rental agreement will be sent out that requires a signature to complete the reservation.

• The Martian Rose is cooled by central air conditioning and is programmed by a nest thermostat.

• The property is located on approximately 10 miles of dirt roads, and specific directions will be provided to reach the property.

• Please note that the wifi may be spotty at times due to the remote location of the home.

• The bathroom in Martian Rose includes a toilet and a urinal.

• The property is located close to the maritime base, and occasional noise and vibrations from their tests may be experienced during the middle of the day.

• Desert critters such as bugs, bats, and other creatures may frequent the outside area of the property. While they are generally harmless, it's important to be aware of their presence.

• There are 2 visible security cameras on the property, positioned at the entrance to the front door and the entrance to the kitchen door. These cameras are solely for the security of the property and are turned off when guests are staying at the house.

• Pets are welcome, but it is recommended to supervise them or keep them on a leash at all times due to potential hazards in the area.

• The tower shown in the pictures is not accessible to guests as it contains the homeowner's personal items.

• Guests are not permitted to have additional visitors on the property without prior permission.

• Identity verification is required, and guests will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger to verify their identity using a government-issued ID and a selfie.
