This is a very comfortable and well-equipped shorefront cottage, the perfect place for a family gathering and a great spot as a base for exploring the lakes region of Southern Maine. The cottage features a nice, big open kitchen/living/dining great room overlooking the lake. There is a small beach area with sandy bottom swimming.

Waterfront/Lot Description:
Level, partially wooded lot with 90' of frontage and sandy beach. Dock and mooring available. Please note that no boats can be left on the dock.

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms, all on the main floor. One with a King bed, one with one Twin and one Double bed, and one with a Double bed and 2 built-in child-size Twins. Additional sleeping space is provided by a futon in the great room. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at the office.
