• The Knights Hill Community is perfect for families, offering a nice beach area (there is even a pet friendly waterfront area), two tennis courts, pristine adult and kiddie pools and a dock for you use in loading and unloading.
• For winter guests, the property is minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River for great, groomed skiing. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing practically outside your door.
