This top-floor Viking Lodge condo offers mountain style with views of the San Miguel River. Gaze out the bedroom's bay window to the mountains and catch a glimpse of skiers on the slopes in the winter or enjoy the lush, green scene in the summertime.

Sleep well after a day of adventures on the mountain in the king bed and be lulled to rest by the sound of the San Miguel River rolling by. The kids will love having cozy bunks to crash in, and if needed the sofa pulls out to a queen bed as well.

The small kitchenette packs in everything you need including a new mini-fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and drip coffee maker. Stream your favorite shows via ROKU on TVs in the living room or bedroom.

Viking Lodge offers a hot tub in addition to a great, peaceful location that's a short walk to everything in town. Just a couple of steps puts you on the river trail to take you anywhere you want to go, and in winter you are just a two-minute walk to chair 7 or 10 minutes to the gondola. Enjoy the convenience of the Wine Mine, a number of bars/eateries, and the nearby grocery store.

This lovely property is professionally managed by Property Manager. We are a 100% locally operated vacation rental management company. We want you to feel at home in Telluride and we know you'll find our team attentive and approachable. Travel insurance is encouraged.

Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). We do not have a confirmed start/end date at this time, but anticipate June-October 2025 work period. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise around the property, but not directly for this building. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday
