The heated pool in summer, hot tub, and the River Trail are just steps from your front door in this unit. Snag a special bottle of wine from the Wine Mine or grab a drink and bite at There Bar or Siam, just across the street. Both the gondola and lift 7 along with their lift ticket windows are a short walk in either direction as well. Ditch your car once you arrive -- you can get everywhere you need to go from here on foot.

Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). We do not have a confirmed start/end date at this time, but anticipate June-October 2025 work period. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday.

Situated on the ground floor of the Viking Lodge, features and amenities include:

• American Leather sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2)

• Access to the pool and garden on one side, and the parking lot on the rear side (super easy access for anyone with kids, or mobility issues)
• The Viking Lodge has a heated pool (summer) and hot tub

• Please note this unit does not have A/C, same as most units in Telluride
