Stylish and affordable, this ground-floor condo at the Viking Lodge in the town of Telluride is a cozy and compact home base for your winter or summer adventures. The large window provides natural light in this well-appointed condo that sleeps 4 (2 adults/2 children) with a queen bed and bunk beds. If you don't need the bunk beds, fold up the top bunk and enjoy the lower bunk as a sitting/living area. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. A sitting area near the door, updated bathroom, and a storage closet round out this affordable studio condo.

*Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F 9am-6pm on Saturday.

The complex also offers Salt water Hot Tub, heated pool (summer only - Property Manager does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
