• We do not have a confirmed start/end date at this time, but anticipate June-October 2025 work period.

• There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer.

• We anticipate intermittent construction noise around the property, but not directly for this building.

• Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday.
