• 1 large bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) and 2 futons.

With a large open plan living and dining area and 2 huge decks, your party will have plenty of room to relax and socialize together. The house is over 2200 square feet with an additional 1000 square feet in both 1 story and 2 story decks. The downstairs deck also features a hot/cold shower, charcoal grill, and a large fire pit area. There is also a large private driveway for 7 vehicles that allow you to walk right up to the entrance with your bags and luggage so there is no need to take everything up and down a set of stairs.
