Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and nightlife. An added advantage is that one of the island's largest supermarkets and the upscale Bayfront Bistro are just a short car ride away.

• Well-stocked cabinets with everything necessary to cook full-course meals if desired

The adjacent dining area has a table seating two. The living area has a sleeper sofa with an end table and coffee table, a swivel/rocker side chair, and a credenza above which is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The bedroom has:

• Queen-size bed
• Nightstand and lamp
• Ample closet space
• Double dresser

Sliding doors from here provide access out to the furnished covered balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom has tile flooring, a linen closet, and a step-up to the decorator vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. The shared laundry facility is located downstairs beneath the stairs out front.

For those with a group of friends or extended family, the other three units can be reserved at the same time.
