• Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, a 5-burner glass top range with a self-cleaning oven, a microwave oven, and a Keurig coffee maker.

• The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a table seating four.

• This flows into the living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and area rug, as well as a corner accent table and lamp.

• Opposite the sofa are two matching side chairs and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV.

• The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a flat screen TV.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a flat-screen TV.

• The hallway bath between the two bedrooms has a lavatory, commode, and a walk-in shower with a mini-tub.
