Welcome to 118 Andre Mar, a newly refurbished and decorated four-bedroom, two-bath private stilt home nestled in a quiet neighborhood located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island. Beach access is just 300 yards away across Estero Boulevard where you will find a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach, the perfect place for daytime beach activities and to view the endless variety of sunsets. Just a short car ride to Times Square.

Upon arrival, there is ample off-street parking, as well as one covered space beneath the home. Also downstairs is a tropical backyard and patio with a gas barbecue grill. Access to the home is via two stairways to the deck, one in front and one in back, which covers 3 sides of the home, offering a good vantage point for morning sunsets and coffee or finding some shade in the afternoon to sip your favorite beverage.

Enter through the front door into the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of solid surface counter space with tile backsplash and fully stocked cabinets with everything necessary to whip up full-course meals if so desired. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with convection oven, and a counter-top microwave oven. The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight, with sliding glass doors out to the deck on the rear of the home overlooking the backyard. This flows into the living area with its vaulted ceilings, decorative fireplace, sleeper sofa with coffee table, matching loveseat with end table, side chair, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living area is surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors to the outside decks.
