• The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony.

• The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a closet and quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, the open concept includes a commode and attractively tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat, handrails, and sliding glass doors.

• The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind louvered doors is a stacked washer and dryer set.
