A brisk 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the myriad collection of boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island.

Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs surrounded by a privacy fence.

Your proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive.

This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it.

Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay.

Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze.

WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room with a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Entry is via elevator to the second floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food!

Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker.

The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six, as well as a corner desk and chair.

The living area is nicely furnished with a sofa, side chairs, and a coffee table. Sliding glass doors provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds, nightstands, and ample closet space.
