• Immediately to your left of the kitchen, there is a bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and a closet.

• Down the hallway from the room with the twin beds is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

• At the very end of the hallway is a closet that has both a washer and dryer.

• Off of the kitchen is the dining and living room, this area has a full dining table fit for 6 and a spacious living room with a TV and comfortable sleeper sofa.

• Past the living room is the most unique enclosed lanai where you can sit and enjoy your beautiful gulf view.

• Off of the living room to your left is the master bedroom and bathroom. This room has a king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This space even has an amazing walk-in closet as well as a sliding glass door that exits and enters the enclosed lanai.

"Always Summertime" is located in a complex that has both full tennis courts and a pool, the new onsite pickleball courts are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM -12:30 PM. Located two blocks from the condo complex is the Santini Mariana Plaza where there are multiple places you can shop and dine at!
