Welcome to the beautiful 40 Warm Sands house on the North End of the island! When arriving, you will be greeted with a spacious patio area with seating to enjoy the warm weather and sunsets. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house.

• Kitchen/Dining Area:
  The kitchen/dining area accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances.

• Living Room:
  The living room has a spacious couch with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV to enjoy while relaxing. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a roll-a-way bed to allow for a total of 9 people!

• Guest Bedrooms:
  Off the kitchen are two guest bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen mattress, closet space, and a flat-screen television. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a chest of drawers for storage, and a mounted flat screen as well. The shared bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and standard sink.

• Common Space:
  Off the main living area is another common space with a smaller-scale couch, additional chairs, and a mounted flat screen for a talking space or even another hangout area!

• Master Bedroom:
  On the far end of the house is where the Master is located. The master has a big dresser for storage, a queen mattress, a TV, and a walk-in closet. Right across the hall is the main bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and a large vanity with plenty of storage and counter space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit located right outside the master bedroom.
