This property has dedicated beach access just a short walk away across Estero Boulevard to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities and to view the endless variety of sunsets. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and nightlife. An added advantage is that one of the island's largest supermarkets and the upscale Bayfront Bistro are just a short car ride away.

Upon arrival, there is ample off-street parking. Enter into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout except for tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and the décor has a beachy motif.

The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space with tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets with everything necessary to cook full-course meals if desired. There's even a Keurig coffee maker. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a 5-burner glass top range with a self-cleaning oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a peninsula bar with two high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living area furnished with a sleeper sofa with end tables, a coffee table, a matching loveseat, and a swivel/rocker side chair. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV above.

The first bedroom has:

• Nightstand and lamp
• Triple dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above
• Ample closet space

The second bedroom has:

• Nicely tiled combination tub/shower with handrails

There is also an open furnished patio area beside this unit with a gas grill, and the shared laundry facility is located beneath the stairs out front.

For those with a group of friends or extended family, the other three units can be reserved at the same time.
