Centrally located between the two most sought-after scenic-30a vacation spots [Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach], Villa St. John is customized to comfortably host up to 12 guests. This luxurious vacation rental offers private poolside relaxation, quiet strolls to the beach, and effortless bicycling through the 16 personable beach towns that make up Florida's 30a.

The heart of Villa St. John is just beyond its private courtyard entrance. It features a heated pool, outdoor dining area, front porch furnishings, and outdoor surround sound speakers. The pool deck, with its French-Quarter inspired style, is the highlight for everyone in the group to swim, dine, and make vacation memories together. Inside, the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space is fully equipped for all your needs. A large flatscreen TV above the gas fireplace can be viewed from all angles of the ground floor.

On the second floor, you will find two queen suites, one of which opens to a terrace overlooking the courtyard. There is also a multi-twin bunk nook, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a shared bathroom. The third floor is dedicated to two lucky guests, with their own personal furnished balcony, gas fireplace, large TV, and upscale ensuite featuring an oversized soaking tub.

Villa St. John also offers a separately rented carriage house across from the courtyard pool. It has its own private entrance, quaint courtyard, and outdoor grilling area. Inside, there is a main living and kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dinette, and queen-sized sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the main space is a queen bed with a full ensuite. The carriage house also has a private walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In the private garage, you will find a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a full refrigerator.

• The carriage house may be rented by other guests during your stay.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
• There are 8 beach towels and 4 beach chairs & 1 umbrella available for guest use at the beach.
• There is 1 beach wagon available for guest use.
• 4 complimentary bicycle cruisers are available year-round.
• Designated parking is assigned for 3 moderately sized vehicles in the side driveway.
• No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property.
• The home is dog-friendly, with a maximum of 2 pets weighing no more than 50lbs. An additional fee will be charged.
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• All reservations are non-refundable, so we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation.
• If you choose to have the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional daily fee plus tax.
• Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
