The apartment below is a 1 bedroom (with a twin and trundle located in the living area) and is very nice. The entire home sleeps 18 total. The upstairs bedrooms offer 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. The full bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle bed (3 beds total). The sunroom located right off the living room has a twin bed plus a trundle bed (3 twins total). The apartment bedroom has one full bed, and the main room of the apartment has a twin bed plus a twin with a trundle bed (3 twins total). The living room couch is a fold-out mattress providing two more spaces to sleep. There is lots of privacy between the two separate entrances, as well as separate patios with a picnic table for each one of you to enjoy separately or together, if you so wish. There are 3 bathrooms total, including a 3/4 bath in the downstairs apartment (shower only, no bathtub).
