The living area seamlessly flows out to the lanai through the glass sliders.

  • Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on property and may request a second vehicle permit on an as needed basis. Visitors will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance to the Hotel. Any additional vehicles may be required to park off site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle (based on availability).

  • Important Notice: Tile Replacement Project on the lower lobby lanai at Wailea Beach Villas

  • Updated 11/8/24: From September 16th to mid-December

  • There will be a tile replacement project on the lower lobby lanai starting on 9/16. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay. Construction noise to be expected between: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, until completion. The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive.
