• Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (children under 13 do not count toward occupancy)
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles (1 in garage, 1 in driveway), no street parking permitted
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM- 8 AM (strictly enforced)
• Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ with a valid photo ID, credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties/events
• Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise, occupancy, or parking violations

During winter conditions, chains or a 4WD vehicle may be required. Refunds are not issued for weather-related road conditions, delayed arrivals, or early departures. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind.
