This townhouse is located in Kingswood Village, in the heart of the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. The complex features a summer tennis court and pool. The living room has a brand new 42' flat screen TV added in 2010. It is only one mile from shopping and Lake Tahoe in the town of Kings Beach. Casino nightlife in Incline Village and Crystal Bay are only 5-10 minutes away. In the winter, Northstar Ski area is only a 10 minute drive, while Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are only 20 miles away!

The large amount of properties that Lake Tahoe Accommodations has at Kingswood Village makes it an ideal location for ski parties, family reunions, or corporate functions. Please note that the bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds is a loft.

Please note that this condo does not have a BBQ because the complex does not allow them. Please do not bring your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you heavily. The only type of BBQ allowed is an electric one. Thank you for your understanding.

Community pools and hot tubs affiliated with the Homeowners Association are not available to guests until further notice due to Covid 19.

No owner, family member, tenant, resident, guest, business invitee, or visitor shall vape, smoke cigarettes, cigars, or any other tobacco or cannabis product anywhere. This prohibition shall include the outside common area, enclosed common areas, exclusive common areas (including balconies and patios), and all nonresidential buildings within the development.

Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
