• Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles (2 garage, 2 driveway). Street parking is prohibited.
• Occupancy: 10 guests max (children under 5 not counted toward the limit).
• Primary Renter: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement.
