The condo we call "Village Pleasure" has the following features:

• 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms
• Every bedroom has its own private bath
• Mid-level living room with remodeled kitchen and views of Lake Tahoe
• Upstairs deck with beautiful views
• Sleeping for 8 people with 3 bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper off of the kitchen and a queen futon in the living room
• Small deck off of the kitchen with electric BBQ and lake views
• Bottom floor has the other 2 bedrooms and the room with 2 single beds has a Smart TV for the kids (please note that this TV is not hooked up to cable, just Roku options)

The complex has the following amenities:

• Summer tennis courts and pool
• Year-round community hot tub
• Rec center with a pool table and ping pong

Only 2 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and casinos and less than 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort!

Please note: The pool area, including the community hot tub and indoor play areas, can only be used by 6 guests at one time.
