Walking distance to the Hyatt casino and beaches plus only a 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort! The home sits on a large lot and is nice for summer relaxation. This is a great year-round home!

Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, community pools and hot tubs are only open for home owners and full time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.
