The primary bedroom has a new king bed, air conditioning and smart television for guests to relax and unwind. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower, also with hall access for guest use. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and twin bunk beds with its own smart TV, a full attached bathroom with a tub-shower combo and sliding door access to the lanai.

The living area is open concept with a great flow to allow for conversation from the kitchen to the living areas through to the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. Enjoy dining at the bar or outside al fresco style on the lanai. The living area has a large 65'' flat-screen smart television, and there is a window air conditioning unit.
