And best of all, you can bring your fur friends!! This property allows 8 pets under 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside.

3. Modern Main House “Keep Me in Mind” sleeps 12:

Please note the following:

• Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property.
• Renters ID and Credit card will need to be provided and verified upon arrival.
• This home has a maximum occupancy of 40 guests.
• This home has room for 12-14 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed.
• This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
• No daytime guests allowed.
• This home allows 8 dogs under 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside.
• To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
• This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.
