3. The king-size master suite takes up one whole side of the condo and features a four-poster bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate tub, shower, and double vanities.

316B WaterSound Crossing is the perfect choice for a comfortable and traditional beach condo. Please note that this home does not have access to the Watersound Beach Club.

Reservation/Booking Policy:

• Minimum age requirement: One adult over the age of 26 must be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during the stay. Reservations for less than 12 days have the option to add a mid-stay clean.

Rates: Saturday to Saturday only for Spring Break and Summer.
