• The entryway greets you with a light and bright open concept floor plan that flows beautifully throughout the first floor. The living room and kitchen are both positioned perfectly to overlook the backyard space which will have you wishing your vacation will never end! The spacious kitchen offers premium appliances including a Wolf oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator and beverage refrigerator. Gather around the elegant dining table to enjoy your favorite meal that offers stylish seating for eight. The first floor has a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. There is a half bath and laundry located on the first floor for convenience.

• The second floor of the home has an open lounge space that is great for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and access to the balcony overlooking the backyard. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, dual vanity sinks, and walk-in shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, one offering a king-sized bed and the other has a queen-sized bed. There is a bunk nook that has two twin over twin beds with access to a half bathroom across the hall.

• NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY

• MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
• RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
• CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
