Next, you will find two twin single rooms that share the full hall bathroom. The first floor has a lovely living space with a comfortable couch. From there you will access the backyard that is complete with chaise lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, shower, grill, and of course the pool (which can be heated for $50/day).

The second floor of the home features three additional guest bedrooms, a master suite, and a second laundry room. One guest bedroom offers a king-sized bed and has a private bathroom with a shower. The next two bedrooms, one is a king-sized bed and the other is a queen-sized bed, share a full hall bathroom with one another. The master bedroom is complete with a walk-in shower, private bathroom with a shower, and access to the balcony. The kitchen and living room are on this floor and are both the perfect size for all to gather around. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for 3 guests, and the dining table has stylish seating for 7 guests.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY

• MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

• RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

• CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.

• CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
