  • The house is only about 1.6 miles to the first closest Beach Public Access between Madeira Beach Condominium and Seafarer Condominium on South Collier Blvd so very doable with bikes, 2.3 mile to the Turtle Beach Access Parking and 2.8 miles to South Marco Beach Access Parking.

  • Watch sunrise with your coffee on the dock.
  • Catch fish off the dock during the changing of tide from high to low or from low to high tide.
  • Prepare your families meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen.
  • Bike to the beach, breakfast, and dinner.
  • Watch sunset behind the house or at the beach.
  • Enjoy the Beach and the tours nearby.

NOTE:

  • This house is in a residential area of Marco Island and there is a strict Noise Ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day.
  • NO outside loud noises shall be made to cause a disturbance to the neighbors.
  • Parking permit is limited to 2 vehicles per rental. No more.
  • Parking is prohibited on the swales and CAN NOT obstruct sidewalks.
  • SHOULD THE POLICE GO OUT TO THE PROPERTY YOU ARE RENTING, AND A NOISE VIOLATION IS ISSUED, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed.
  • Fines start at $250.00, and move to $500.00, for a second visit.
  • The House sleeps 6 only.
  • Security cameras: 2 in the front of the house, 1 in the garage, 1 in the back of the house.

NOTE:

  • Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on.
  • It does not run 24 hours a day.
  • It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.
  • Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
  • WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS from MAY THROUGH MID NOVEMBER.

THE DOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOAT USAGE.
