PARKING

• This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has valet parking available for approximately $38/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
2. A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
