This studio is newly remodeled and has an enchanting cottage charm. The kitchenette area is by the entry and has a small refrigerator, air fryer, blender, coffee maker and more. The bathroom has a stone-tiled shower and a rain shower head.

The living area has a new queen bed, a sleeper sofa, desk area to work and smart TV. Enjoy the box air conditioning unit in the studio or open the lanai doors and let in the Hawaii tradewinds. Have a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai and listen to the birds.

The Kona Islander has a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area and lush tropical gardens. There are coin-operated laundry facilities for guest use. You will be in the heart of Kailua-Kona on Alii drive.

Please note:

  1. There is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor.
  2. There is no central air conditioning.
  3. There is an air conditioning box in the unit.
  4. There is no stove or oven.
  5. There can be a shortage of parking at this complex. Guests may need to park on the street in front of the property if no parking spots are available.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
