PARKING:

• Private onsite parking for five vehicles (three in driveway and two in front parking pad).
• Onsite golf cart can be moved around as needed for space.

PROPERTY RULES:

• Maximum occupancy of this home is 19 guests in beds.
• Private parking onsite for a maximum of five normal size vehicles.
• Limited pet friendly (max. 2 small to medium size dogs) with pet fee
• No smoking inside or outside while on property
• Minimum age requirement to rent is 25.
• Natural gas pool heating is optional ($90/day) and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of arrival date to allow proper heating to 88 degrees.
• Spa is considered a pool feature heated to 88 degrees for safety reasons.
• Cabana mini split for owner use only. Fans are available.
• Guests must agree to sign Paradise 30A rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or we will cancel the reservation.
• All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so you are covered.
• Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of properties that we manage. There are no homes under construction adjacent to Belle La Mer.
