Welcome to Cozy Cottage! This inviting and elegant Eagle Mountain Estate is your ideally family Big Bear vacation destination. This stylish and bright single level cabin features wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counters, slate, travertine, stainless appliances, a large stone fireplace, great room, laundry room and more! The home has been recently updated and thoughtfully decorated to create a magical environment for your family. You will love the spacious & serene master bedroom and en-suite with a jetted tub & separate shower. The extra-large landscaped grounds with a spacious back deck offers a scenic, secluded setting and the expansive paver-patio BBQ area provides a perfect place for relaxing and outdoor entertaining. Cozy Cottage provides an amazing escape from it all for the whole family. There are many great memories to be made here. Once you book this one, you can relax knowing your family is going love staying here. While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

• Max occupancy - 8 people, 8 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.
• Parking Details: Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)
• This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet.

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.

• Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
• Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
• Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
• Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
• A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
• Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
• Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced. We appreciate your cooperation. If you have any issues or concerns, please communicate with us—we're here to help.

Check-in starts at 4 PM at our office in the Village.

Checking In:

• IDs are required at check-in.
• You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
• Live check-ins are mandatory for all Big Bear homes, and you'll need to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes).

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:

• Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
• Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
